We are happy to inform you that our SVKM’s Institute of Technology, Dhule has achieved one more success at the National Level. A team of 21 engineering students had participated and awarded for Skidpad Winner (Cash Prize ₹ 10,000/-), Autocross Winner (Cash Prize ₹ 10,000/-), Drag Race Runner Up (Cash Prize ₹ 5000/-), Blind Test Runner Up (Cash Prize ₹ 5000/-) and Best Standee (Cash Prize ₹ 5000/-) in “NEKC-2020” Electric go-kart championship during 2 Mar to 5 Mar 2020, held at MSME, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The team leader of “S-Falcons” Mr. Samar Thorat and kart rider Mr. Jayesh Bhamare took a lot of effort along with the team members under the guidance of Prof. Yogesh Sonawane and Prof. Bhushan Behede and how they achieved success at National Level. The team “S-Falcons” took extensive hard work apart from the curriculum to learn the E-Go Kart concepts under the persistent guidance and encouragement from Principal Dr. Prof. Nilesh Salunke, Head of the Department Prof. Mohammed Juneddudin and all staff of Mechanical Engineering Department for such glorious achievement, the team is congratulated by the SVKM’s management and special appreciation by Hon. Principal Dr. Prof. Nilesh Salunke.

Mechanical Engineering Student’s Achievement Team M-MOBULAS from SVKM IOT, Dhule (Maharashtra) was Participated in the Competition held by world’s biggest platform that is Society of Automotive Engineering (SAE INDIA). The SAE India Organized AERO DESIGN CHALLENGE 2020 competition every year from 2015 this is the 5th addition of this ADC. Total 7 members are allowed in each team accordingly 7 students team from SVKM IOT was participated in this ADC 2020. Our team members are: Bhojraj Jadhav (Captain) Sarang Chaudhari (Vice Captain) Umesh Patil Vinay Kulkarni Yogesh Patil Fuzail Ansari Rahul Sharma The team is guided by mentor Mr. Satish Patil sir (Mechanical Department). On 28th of February 2020 to 1st of March 2020 in this 3 days different phases of SAE ADC competition was conducted in Bannari Aman Institute Of Technology, Satyamangalam , District: Erode , Tamilnadu 638 401. On first day the team M-MOBULAS successfully clear the two phases that is Technical Inspection and Technical Presentation. On the second day flight inspection was done. And at last on third day the Dynamic Flight Round was done were team got the highest altitude flight by Aircraft. Total 150 teams were Participated in SAE ADC Challenge 2020. Out of all three phases the Team M-MOBULAS got overall All India Rank 10 i.e. AIR 10 (Among 150 Teams). In Technical Presentation AIR 4 and in-Flight Round AIR 5. The team M-MOBULAS is only team which was participated in SAE INDIA ADC challenge From North region Of Maharashtra. Its first time that team were participated in this competition still Team got AIR 10 Out of the 150 teams and that’s big achievement of Team.

It’s a Proud Moment for SVKM’s Institute of Technology, Dhule to achieve one more success at the National level. A team of 25 engineering students had Participated and awarded for Overall Runner Up (Cash prize ₹ 60,000/-) and best skidpad performer (cash prize ₹ 6000/-) in “TEGKC-2020” Electric go-kart championship during 13 Jan to 15 February 2020, held at TIT, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The team leader of “S-Falcon” Mr. Durgesh Borse and Kart rider Mr. Jayesh Bhamare of Third Year Mechanical Engineering shared his views on the Efforts taken in last two months by their team under the Guidance of Prof. Yogesh Sonawane and Prof. Bhushan Behede and how they achieved All India Rank 2nd at National level. The team “S-Falcons” took extensive efforts apart from the curriculum to learn the E-Go Kart concepts under the persistent guidance and encouragement from Principal Dr. Prof. Nilesh Salunke, Head of the Department Prof. Mohammed Juneduddin and all staff of Mechanical Engg.
